President Muhammadu Buhari has described his domestic staff Buhari Nalado Sandamu who recently passed as an honest caretaker.
“I have lost a good and honest caretaker,’’ says the President, while he offered prayers for the repose of his soul.
The late house-keeper to the president was reported to have served the president and his family at his Daura home in Kastina state.
Eugolising the late staff who was also known as “Commander’’, the president prayed Allah to grant his soul eternal rest, he also showered prayers on the family he left behind.
“I have lost a prudent and a wonderful custodian who did so well taking care of my country home in Daura. May Allah bless his soul and give strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss, Ameen,”
The late“Commander” died in Kano on Monday after a protracted illness which had he hospitalised at the Aminu Kano Teaching Hoapital.
Prior to his demise, Buhari Nalado Sandamu served the president and his family for over thirty. years
A delegation made up of some government officials was sent to condole with the bereaved family in Sandamu Local Government Area, Katsina, they include Senior Special Assistant, Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant, Domestic and Household Matters, Sarki Abba, and the President’s Housekeeper, Saleh Yuguda amongst others.
