The Edo State Police Command has allegedly arrested an 11-year-old for the role he played during an attack on a police station in Evbuotubu area of Benin City by hoodlums.
Others attacked include Oba Market Police, Ugbekun Police Station, Idogbo Police station.
The young lad was alleged to have worn the uniform of a police sergeant and declared himself as the Inspector General of Police (IGP)
According to Human Rights Advocate, Kola Edokpayi, a senior News reporter with the Edo Broadcasting Service, Festus Alenkhe, stated that the young boy was arrested for his alleged involvement during the attack by hoodlums who hijacked the ENDSARS protest to unleash mayhem.
He was reportedly arrested and paraded by the police and will be arraigned in a juvenile court.
