Its been  one trouble to another for the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress  as the party’s   National Working Committee (NWC) walked out on the national chairman, Adams Oshiomhole.

The members walked out on the national chairman at the first meeting of the year.

According to Daily Sun, this development is related or connected to the crisis currently rocking the APC in Edo State and the incessant rancour between Governor Godwin Obaseki and the national chairman Adams Oshiomohle.

The reports says that those who are against the National Chairman argue on the ground that he has been suspended by the party at the state level therefore he stands disqualified and cannot lead the party at the national level.

Speaking on the issue on behalf of  others, APC’s national vice chairman in charge of the north east, Mustapha Salihu, insisted that the party took the action because Adams Oshiomhole single-handedly endorsed  Waziri Bulama to take over the position of national secretary, reiterating that he is responsible for the APC crisis in Edo State.
