Governor of Kaduna State Mallam Nasir El-Rufai who was rumored on social media to be at the ICU has fully recovered and tested negative for COVID-19.

He announced this on his official twitter handle.

According to him: “I am delighted to report today that after nearly four weeks of observing a strict medical regime, I have now received the all-clear after two consecutive test results.

The governor  was the first  case of the disease in Kaduna state after he announced his positive status on March 28.
