Covid19: Ekiti State Governor Kayode Fayemi Test Positive

Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi, has tested positive for Covid-19.

The governor disclosed the Covid19 status via twitter;

“I took my third Covid-19 test yesterday and it came back positive. I’m generally ok and I’m already self-isolating at home and receiving the best of care from my medical team. I’m delegating critical tasks to my Deputy but will continue routine duty from home. JKF,”

Governors of Bauchi, Kaduna, Oyo, Delta, and now Ekiti have tested positive for the novel disease including other prominent public figures.

They all recovered from the disease.

According to the Nigerian Centre For Disease Control, NCDC, Nigeria has so far recorded over 30,ooo cases with over 800 deaths.

  1. People dont really understand what the world is really passing through, all they think is that the COVID-19 is fake but not knowing that it’s 100% r. I over had someone saying that COVID-19 is fake and he will start up his business full and that was when the world declared total lock-down. As for me, my life is so precious to me more than anything. Thanks to God for seeing us through, also thanks to you for taking your time in providing information despite a hard time. I really do appreciate your work.
