Iconic singer and 15-time Grammy award winner Michael Jackson, passed away at his home in Los Angeles on june 25 2009, Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” is the best-selling album of all time by claimed sales (66 million),
Jackson’s contributions to music, dance, and fashion, along with his publicized personal life, made him a global figure in popular culture for over four decades, with a number of successful albums to his credit.
He died at the age of 50 following a cardiac arrest caused by a fatal combination of drugs given to him by his personal doctor Conrad Murray.
On July 7, 2009, he was laid to rest at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Glendale, California, the USA with his family and fans in attendance.
He is/was survived by his three children, Paris Jackson, Prince Micheal Jackson 11, and Micheal Joseph Jackson jr, aged mother Cathrine Jackson, and siblings Tito, Janet, Marlon and others.
