Man who trekked for fifteen days to celebrate Buhari’s win appeals for financial assistance


An indigene of the Dukku Local Government Area of Gombe State Dahiru Buba is appealing for support after he developed limb problems. It is as a result of trekking in honor of President Buhari after he won the 2015 election.

Daniru Buba trekked from Gombe to Abuja for 15 days to celebrate Muhammadu Buhari’s win.

Buba said he has serious limb pains and is seeking assistance for treatment.  He also said that trekking in Buhari’s honor at a time when Governor Mai Mala Buni as the party’s National Secretary fetched him nothing but a certificate.

Daily Trust reported that Buba is in dire need of finances to seek medical treatment on his limb, they also reported that he can’t even afford to pay his children’s school fees.

Buba said;

 “Since the time I conducted the trekking, the limb pain is growing by the day.

He appealed to Governor Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State and the party’s stakeholders to come to his aid.

“I am appealing to my governor, Governor Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State, and the party leadership to help me look for medical assistance.
