Pastors that refused to open Church are Unbelievers—–Chris Oyakhilome

Chris Oyakhilome of the Believers’ Love World aka Christ embassy has slammed Pastors who have refused to reopen their Churches even after the ban on religious gathering has been lifted.

The controversial cleric described those kinds of pastors as unbelievers.

Religious centers in some states were asked to close in March as part of measures put in place by the government to curb the spread of the lethal covid19, However federal and state government has soft-pedaled and lifted the ban on the religious gathering with a caveat which includes maintaining public distance, compulsory use of face mask and other preventive measures.

With the approval to re-open, several prominent church leaders are still holding back, Pastors like Paul Adefarasin of House on the Rock, Lagos,  Tunde Bakare of Latter Rain Assembly Lagos;  Sam Adeyemi of Daystar Christian Centre Lagos;  Poju Oyemade of Covenant Christian Centre Lagos,  are yet to reopen their places of worship.

While delivering a sermon in his church on Wednesday, August 19, Oyakhilome said such pastors cannot be considered as believers, for by their action in refusing to hold services they have denied the faith.
