Reactions and counter reactions have continued to trail the supreme court judgement that sacked  the PDP candidate Emeka Ihedioha, The People Democratic Party has revealed its next move .

The Party’s  National Executive Council’s meeting on Friday, January 17, called for the protest against the judgment of the Supreme Court ruling in Imo state that favoured the APC candidate Senator Hope Uzodinma who came third in the governorship polls held in the state.

The call was proposed by the PDP’s national chairman, Prince Uche Secondus, who said that the mandate of Emeka Ihedioha was stolen.

Secondus described as a miscarriage of justice the declaration of Hope Uzodinma as the winner by the apex court stressing that if things continue this way, Nigerians will soon cease to be a nation.

Earlier the PDP had called for immediate review and reversal of the decision of the supreme court.

The party made this known on Thursday, January 16, at a press conference at its secretariat in Abuja.
