Smurfs voiceover actor Danny Goldman dies at age 80


The Smurfs voiceover  actor Danny Goldman has died.

He died at the age 80 after he suffered from two strokes.

He passed on   Sunday with his loved ones by his side.

The star, who was best known for voicing the character Brainy Smurf in the cartoon was an inspiration to younger actors.

According to TMZ, Danny was in a hospice after suffering two strokes around New Year’s Eve.

His agents Doug Ely confirmed his death while paying tribute ‘Danny was truly one of a kind,’ he shared on social media.

‘He always had strong opinions and didn’t mind telling you about them. He was incredibly funny’.

‘He loved to root for the little guy and help wherever he could. He had a huge heart. We lost a good one today.

He will be missed.’
