The embattled National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress Comrade Adams Oshiomohle has revealed his next move after the appeal court reaffirmed his suspension as the national chairman of the party.
According to the chairman, he is relaxing and reflecting on what next to do which will be based on legal advice.
His words: If you ask me what I am doing now, I am resting in obedience to the court order, I am reflecting, and I am consulting with my lawyers,
Our party is not an armor force organization. It is a structured organization based on rules and regulations.
I was allegedly suspended by a award and the Court of Appeal has now upheld that suspension.
The NWC was never taken to court & there is no judicial pronouncement to the effect that NWC no longer exists. The court has not frozen the constitution of APC.
What I do next will be based on legal advice.
