Woman sentenced to death for starving  stepdaughter to death

Tiffany Moss 36, has been sentenced to death by lethal injection in the US state of Georgia for starving  Emami Moss 10,her stepdaughter to death.

she was said to have treated her step daughter cruelly,tortured,and then starve the little girl to death,she didn’t stop there she went as far as trying to hide the corpse of the child by burning it in a bin.

Tiffany was found guilty of all the charges leveled against her,which includes cruelty to children, murder, and burning Emani Moss’s body in a bin in a bid to conceal the hideous crime.

According to the Atlanta journal-constitution Tiffany  showed no emotion or remorse as the jury handed  her the sentence she deserves.

During the trial, the court was told the details of what actually happened to the ten year old and how her burned body  was found in a bin outside an apartment complex in Lawrenceville  on the outskirts of Atlanta  in 2013 after Tiffany Moss was done with carrying out the dastard act against the child.

The victim’s father, Eman Moss, was not also spared from the wrath of the law as regards the death of his daugther,he was convicted for his role in the death in 2015 and is serving a life sentence.

He was the one that called police in the immediate aftermath to say he was suicidal and that there was a dead body with him.

He also tried to conceal the fact of what led to his daughter’s death, claiming she swallowed chemical substance.

In court testimony for Tiffany Moss’s trial, the nitty-gritty of what lead to the girl’s death were detailed before the  jurors,it says its  likely the girl  starved to death after been denied food for over two weeks. She weighed just 14kg when her remains  was found.

Her attorney says they will appeal the sentence.
